Acceptance and service

These terms apply to your use of Swap Hairstyle. By creating an account, using the service or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service provides AI hairstyle try-on on your own photo, follow-up edits in chat, and saving and downloading previews. AI try-ons and follow-up generations consume credits, available through subscriptions or eligible credit packs. Available hairstyles, models, options and output sizes are shown in the service.

AI output depends on your photo, selected hairstyle and settings. Review your face, hairline, hairstyle and other important details before using a result. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, factually accurate or suitable for every purpose.

Accounts and communications

Provide accurate account and billing information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for use of your account. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@swaphairstyle.com.

The service may send necessary account, billing, security and support messages to your account email address. To request account closure or handling of personal information, email support@swaphairstyle.com. Cancel any subscription separately and confirm its status before closing your account.

Your images and generated content

You retain the rights you hold in content you upload. Upload only content you own or are authorized to use, and obtain any permissions needed for identifiable people, confidential information or third-party materials. You authorize us and the processing services needed for the requested workflow to process, store and deliver that content as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subject to these terms and applicable third-party rights, you may use and download your generated images, including for commercial purposes. Commercial use does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or clearance of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing an image and obtaining any permissions required for your use.

Uploading or generating an image does not automatically add it to the public gallery. If you choose to share a conversation or image link, people with an accessible link may be able to view its content.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create, upload, request or distribute content that:

• Violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property or other rights, or reveals personal or confidential information without permission.
• Contains pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation or sexualized depictions of minors, including AI-generated depictions.
• Depicts a real identifiable person in an intimate or sexual manner without consent, or uses a person's appearance or voice for impersonation, fraud or deception.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, hate or violence against protected groups, or contains graphic violence or instructions intended to cause harm.
• Harasses, threatens or defames a person, spreads harmful misinformation, or deceptively represents a generated scene as an actual event.
• Includes malware, phishing, spam, attempts to bypass access controls or abuse of payment, credit or generation systems.

When publishing AI-generated or edited media that shows realistic-appearing people or scenes, identify it as AI-generated or edited. Do not use generated images to impersonate real people or mislead viewers about real events.

We may refuse a request, restrict sharing or access, or suspend an account for violations. Contact support@swaphairstyle.com to report prohibited content or request review of an account restriction. The availability of a model or effect does not authorize prohibited uses.

Prices, credits and renewals

Prices are in United States dollars (USD). The selected plan's actual charge and billing interval are shown before checkout. Yearly plans charge the full yearly amount at once; a displayed monthly equivalent is only a comparison. Any tax or provider charge that applies to your checkout is determined by that checkout and the relevant payment provider.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or yearly interval until cancelled. By approving a recurring subscription at checkout, you authorize the payment provider to collect the agreed recurring payment. Your Billing page shows the current period and renewal or end date. Any change to subscription pricing will be communicated before it applies.

Each plan or credit pack specifies the credit amount and validity period. Generation costs vary with the workflow, model and settings; review the credit estimate before sending a request. Credits are service usage units, are not a cash balance and cannot be transferred or withdrawn as money. A task failure that returns credits is separate from a refund of the purchase payment.

A yearly savings comparison is calculated against twelve payments of the corresponding monthly plan. The amount and period authorized at checkout govern your subscription. Any additional promotion must state its own eligibility, benefit and expiry where applicable.

Cancellation and refund requests

Use Settings → Billing to cancel a subscription before its next renewal, then check the confirmation and end date. Confirmed cancellation stops future renewals while preserving the current paid billing period. Existing credits keep their original expiry dates. Full instructions are in the Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation does not itself refund a completed payment. Payment refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.

Service changes, suspension and responsibility

We may update models, effects or service features and may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance or faults. Where practical, we will give notice of material changes affecting your paid service. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address a breach of these terms or protect the service and its users.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the service or an output. This does not limit liabilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for how you use, publish or distribute your inputs and results.

Changes and contact
