This policy explains the information processed when you use our online AI hairstyle try-on service with follow-up edits in chat and saved, downloadable previews, create an account or purchase credits and subscriptions. Information we process

• Account information: your name, email address, profile image, authentication and session information, and information supplied by a sign-in provider when you use that sign-in method.
• Creative content: photos and other images you upload, prompts and conversation messages, chosen hairstyles and settings, generated images, saved versions and associated task records. Previous messages or images may be included when you continue a conversation or request an edit.
• Usage and technical information: interactions with the service, device and browser information, request and error records, registration source and IP information used for attribution, security and abuse prevention.
• Billing information: order and subscription identifiers, selected plan, amount, currency, payment status and credit records. Payment credentials are entered with the payment provider. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers.
• Support information: messages, account and order information you choose to provide when requesting help.

How this information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, process the requested hairstyle try-on or follow-up edit, maintain conversation and image history, deliver downloads, track tasks and credits, process purchases and renewals, respond to support requests, and investigate errors, fraud and misuse. Necessary messages or input images may be sent again when you continue an existing creative request.

AI, storage and other service providers

Processing a creative request sends the relevant prompts, settings and input images to the AI services used for that workflow. File storage and delivery services handle uploaded and generated images. Hosting, authentication, payment, email, analytics and support services may process the information needed to provide their respective functions.

The providers used can vary by selected model, hairstyle and service configuration. AI processing may use an intermediary or compatible endpoint as well as a model provider. Providers' data use, retention and any model-training practices are governed by their applicable arrangements and policies. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to investigate and address fraud, abuse or threats to the service and its users.

Photos, image links and the public gallery

Uploading a photo or generating a result does not automatically publish it in the public gallery. Public gallery examples are selected separately.

Images are delivered through file URLs. A person who has an accessible image URL may be able to view the file; a private conversation setting does not by itself restrict access to that file URL. Sharing image links and publishing an image in the gallery are separate actions.

Cookies and optional integrations

Authentication cookies keep you signed in, and language or other preference storage remembers your choices. A referral-source cookie may retain the source of a visit for up to 30 days. When configured, analytics, advertising or support integrations may also process device, visit or interaction information and set their own cookies.

Storage, retention and deletion

Account records, conversations, saved images and task information are retained to provide your account history and service functions. Retention varies by record type and the storage or processing service involved. Transaction, security, recovery and support records may need to be kept for billing, dispute handling, fraud prevention or applicable legal obligations.

Deleting a conversation removes it from your normal conversation list. This action does not confirm removal of every related photo, generated file, processing record or backup. To request account closure or deletion of stored personal information, email support@swaphairstyle.com. We will verify the request and explain the records covered, any necessary retention and the progress of the request. Applicable legal response periods continue to apply.

Access and other requests

You can update your name and profile image in account settings. To request access to other personal information, a copy of it, correction, deletion or account closure, email support@swaphairstyle.com from your account email address. Include the type and scope of your request; do not send your password, full card number or card security code. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your account.

If you have a subscription, cancel it separately and confirm its status before requesting account closure. A data request or deletion of a conversation does not itself stop recurring payments. See the Cancellation Policy.

Protection of minors

Do not upload a minor's personal information or identifiable photos unless you have the necessary lawful authority and any consent required from a parent or guardian. Sexual exploitation or sexualized depictions of minors are prohibited, including AI-generated depictions. See the Terms of Service for content restrictions.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided personal information without the required authorization, or you need to report content involving a minor, email support@swaphairstyle.com. Identify the account or content concerned without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We will verify the request, investigate it and explain any account restriction or data handling needed under applicable requirements.

Payment and website security

The website uses HTTPS for communication. Payment authorization and payment credentials are handled by the payment provider's checkout. Account and administrative access controls limit access to service records. Transmission, storage and provider processing involve different systems, and no service can guarantee complete protection against every security incident.
